diSTRESS DEstress is designed to help you in times of mental distress. It provides a list for you to follow and check through to manage uncontrollable internal situations.

Oftentimes, when in mental distress or crisis, especially when in isolation, it becomes difficult to try and think rationally or proactively. Through consultation with professionals, we are able to construct the list as recommended.

Although the website provides coping resources, the DISTRESS button is meant to be pressed to initiate the listing process, and guide you through situations that feel uncontrollable and daunting. 

 

No account is needed for the DISTRESS button, however for optimal use, one is encouraged in order to store your information.
